Contains a lot of spoilers!
Story: 10/10
The story is something every drama would die for. It was amazing, and there wasn't a single moment where I was bored with the drama. Cha Do Hyun and Oh Ri Jin's relationship was so natural, you wouldn't have thought that they were acting. And it's impossible to not feel bad for Oh Ri On when he feels down or jealous when he sees Do Hyun and Ri Jin together (he likes Ri Jin in a romantic sense (later revealed in the drama that they aren't blood related)). Especially when he says to Do Hyun in the last episode: "If Ri Jin was welcomed in the Seungjin family when she was younger, maybe you would have been her twin instead and I would have become the man she wanted to be with." But even with all these adorable coupley and depressing moments, the drama was hilarious and intense, and I loved every second.

Characters: 8.0/10
As you may have already noticed, I love Ri Jin, Ri On and Do Hyun (and all of his personalities) loads, and I would change nothing about them. They are amusing, relatable and you can easily get attached to them all. However, I wasn't so keen with the two other "main-supporting" characters: Cha Gi Jun and Han Chae Yeon. First of all, let me say that I just didn't like their characters, their acting was superb, and I can understand why they are both loved. And also, Gi Jun is sexy as anything (but not as much as Ri On). But their personalities just sucked and I didn't liked that. Gi Jun wasn't too bad because he was just an ass of a boss and kept bothering Do Hyun about his frequent leave of absence (due to his D.I.D), as well as him trying to find out what was wrong with Do Hyun. But Chae Yeon was the worst. Not only did she get engaged to Gi Jun (who is Do Hyun's cousin) even though she knew she slightly liked Do Hyun and Do Hyun still had a "crush" on her (I use quotation marks as he later stated that it was only an obsession and not too long after that, he gave his heart to Ri Jin), she also later went behind Gi Jun's back to flirt with Se Gi (although she thought it was Do Hyun at the time), broke off her engagement to get together with Do Hyun, and later get rejected by him even though she fully knew that Do Hyun loved Ri Jin. She even fell out of love with him only because she found out he had D.I.D. It's awful, and sorry for the huge rant on her.

I decided to not use visuals as a scoring factor anymore because some dramas don't have any visuals whatsoever in it.

Music: 10/10
I loved the music so much. It was so amazing, I even found myself crying when the music hit at an intense moment. It was perfect. I especially loved Secrets Can't Tell and when I wasn't crying, I was singing, bobbing my head and smiling because of it and the scene that was happening. I'm not so sure at the moment, but when the full OST comes out, I think it will even beat the Pinocchio soundtracks, and you all know how much I love them.

Final Verdict: 9.5/10
Kill Me, Heal Me is one of the most emotional and dramatic dramas I've watched so far, and it hits third in my favourite drama lists, after Pinocchio and Secret Garden. I would love to see all three of the main actors working together again because they have great chemistry and acting together, and they bring it out in each other.

Gi Jun, Ri Jin, Do Hyun, Ri On + Chae Yeon
+ Emotional, dramatic and amazing plot
+ Lovable characters
+ Oh Ri On
+ Do Hyun and his personalities
+ Great music
